We're cool here in Australia.
We don't believei n global warming, so we know it isn't going to happen for about 100+ years.

I think global warming is not to be blamed on man but i think we are speeding up the process of it.
Even if global warming, that type humans cause, was fake, wheres the harm and trying to better use our resources and keep our planet clean? That's what I don't get about people who are against global warming.

You're forgetting international currents,
The currents take heat around the world, from one area to another, the heat is taken to poles and the ice melts causing the sea to rise stopping the international current causing the poles to freeze, and the cycle repeats.

hell, in the 70's scientists said that by 2000 we'd all be wearing gas masks because of air pollution.

I'm not sure if the UK could handle any more snow, considering it felt like the world had come to stop.

Also it gets colder in the Winter and hotter in the Summer. Every year. Also this year both Summer and Winter broke temperature records.

Well, that was an inconvenient truth.
Climate change leads to more extremes, as a general rule. In the UK, it will be colder in the winter (already happening) and hotter in the summer. (dubious!)
Did you mention in your post how it's going to cause sea levels to rise when the ice melts, and that cities are going to be underwater?

whether you're a skeptic or not... depending on foreign oil and oil companies right now is not working so well. BP? yeah. Iran? yeah. OPEC? yeah. Venezuela? yeah. give more power to the people who want to force their opinions down your throat.
And its irrefutable that our future, if its not fucked over by global warming, will have renewable energy as a huge contributing factor. So by dickin around and still using coal you're holding crucial technological advancements from being researched.

I really don't see the point in arguing with this shit. The people who aren't too thick to understand that Global Warming isn't either a lie from liberals to take your money or a lie from corporations to take your money already understand the danger in it. And as we've seen in this thread it's impossible to talk to anyone else.
A refusal to believe that global warming is due to us shows a lack of understanding. Every argument they ever make can be countered.
