Good luck with losing weigh, I've been losing weigh for a year now and have lost approximately 40 lbs. Hoping to lose another 40 lbs in around 2 more years.

I cant stand running on a treadmill, even with a tv or something in front of it. It gives me the idea that I can get off it at any time where as if I go on nature trails i cant just turn it off and go do something else.

Yours. Dumbbells and the floor are hardly instruments for continuous growth. The lower limit in terms of equipment is at least a pullup bar and some sort of weight to be easily put on yourself.
