Completed first day of first week wooo, now my stomach feels stretched to shit
I've done this program last summer and succeeded - 104 pushups. I had to start week 3 4 and 5 and 6 from 2 to 4 times over before I got the result.
Count me in. Of course, I might skip a few days depending on what my cheer leading workout schedule is.

I can do around 60-70, don't know for sure. Do I still have to start at week 3 column 3 with 14 18 14 14 max?

I just did my sets. Did them easy although I am wearing jeans, long sleve shirt, had to piss real bad and my socks kept making me slide the first 2 sets before I took them off. this will be easy!

What about a perfect pushup schedule.

Actually, I'm going to start tomorrow. I misread the program and did the initial test today. I'm going to start week 3 day 1 tomorrow.
