Day 1 I did 10 for the first set then I could barely crank out 5 on the last set. Man I need to get used to this shit again.

I need to start working out again, and this would get me back on track. I'm going for it after I catch up on my sleep.
I did the first day yesterday. Arms are aching today. I'm level 1.
May I suggest you go and drink a protein shake, today. It is just the moment, your muscle tissues are broken in a microscopic scale and are in dire need of protein to rebuild themselves.
Sign me up :3

man I am still sore the second day. but I love that feeling.
Just make sure you stick to schedule despite being sore. One of the worst things you can do while sore is sit around and wait for the soreness to go away. It's important to engage in some kind of physical activity while you are sore in order to pump that lactic acid out of your system. Go for a short jog, do some dynamic stretches, anything to get your blood going. You won't want to move around and your arms will hurt from being sore at first, but it will go away for the most part. Then you get back to your push-ups. It sounds strange, but the best thing you can do while sore is work the soreness out through physical activity. However, it is important to know the difference between being sore right after a workout and being sore the next day. Rest after workouts, work the soreness out the next day. Never force yourself to keep going if your arms are burning and can't move, you'll hurt yourself.
I went down and couldn't come up because of the soreness.
Go for a jog to get it out then.
Best way to get rid of soreness from working out is to keep working out.
Working out while sore isn't gonna fix anything.
Working out lightly while sore quickly gets rid of soreness. Like I said before, it's good to go on a short jog or do some dynamic stretches while you're sore in order to get it out of your system.
Just completed day 2, feels good man.
Just did day 1 of column 2, managed to do 5 extra press ups at the end.
