it went great. my arms aren't as bad as the first day. I did my max, last time it was 15, now its 20. it went up 5!

I can't do my 2nd day. When I try to push up my left arms feels like a muscle is going to rip and pop at the same time. Not just the usual 'tired' but more 'something's messed up'. :smithicide: Guess I'm down to squats only. :smith:
I'll do situps instead of pushups then!

Yeah, that's what I'm going through. I'm probably going to give it another day before starting once again. I don't seem to be doing the push-ups incorrectly so don't see where the problem lies.
Plus, I'm skinny as hell so it can't be my weight.

Might be the fact that this is the only actual serious time I'm doing such work so my body just wasn't ready for such a sharp turn.

It's neat that I'm a fatso but can do more pushups than garry, who appears to be in decent shape
Fucking hell, I started getting super nervous and stressed out... So I just decided to do some pushups, didn't count them but I did many more than I normally can do.

I would, but I tried before and seriously fucked my arms up. Which is bad when you're a guitar teacher. I'm painfully weak.

There's a huge difference between having big muscles and having ridiculously huge muscles.
I hate how people think lifting weights will turn them into those massive gross looking bodybuilding dudes.

Depending on your build size that's not bad, I'm 6' and I've been told I should be around 160-170
