Forgot to sign up, but I'll do mine on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, due to going to the gym Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. [editline]19th January 2011[/editline] Just did mine.
You're supposed to rest on the days inbetween though.
Just did day two, funny how you think you won't be able to do it but you start and it's a million times easier than last time
Just did day two, funny how you think you won't be able to do it but you start and it's a million times easier than last time
Funny how it was exactly the opposite for me.
I'm 14 stone (196 pounds), 5'9.
I'm 5'9 but 102 pounds. I guess this is why i am finding this easier.
Funny how it was exactly the opposite for me.
Did you get decent rest? [editline]19th January 2011[/editline]
I'm 5'9 but 102 pounds.
I'm 5'9 but 102 pounds. At 5'7, I weigh 130 and I'm pretty skinny. Going to try going for 140-145 as an ideal weight So I missed my day 3 because I was too sore and couldn't do it worth shit, hopefully 2 days of rest instead of just 1 won't kill it
Oh cap'n my cap'n. I will do it.
I hate you, i'm taking the test.
I'm 5'9 but 102 pounds. I guess this is why i am finding this easier.
I was 102 pounds when I was 5' Your weight is just scary.

Took this as a good chance to do some positive change on my life and to compliment my Kung Fu lessons. I'm doing pushups, situps and squats, on pushups I just finished week 1 on third column, on situps and squats I just finished week 3 third column which I started from. Also doing diet and stuff. I'll be like fucking xyzz by a month.
Week 4, day 2. Lets do this.

I eat 3 meals a day, all high in fat and carbs, i have vegetables, i get everything I need to eat. I just burn all the sugars/fats my body takes in instead of storing it i guess.

I would kill to gain weight. Looks like I'm not alone, though.
5' 8" 125 pounds.

Just did week 3, day 2, 2nd column. Max: 26 Increase of 2 every day so far, that's pretty good.
5' 8" 125 pounds.
Really similar to mine.
I attempted this once on my own, but my short attention span and memory got the best of me. Is it possible for late entries?
My pectorals and triceps are still very sore and it's supposed to be my day two today. What do?
My pectorals and triceps are still very sore and it's supposed to be my day two today. What do?
Mine were sore too, they stopped being sore after the first set actually.
Just did day 1. It was tougher than I thought. Fingers crossed for a speedy rate of improvement.
My arms are kind of sore right now, I assume it will go away tomorrow though.
I'm totally going to do this. I always feel weak so why not.
OK guys I think I did something wrong. On monday I did the test pushups to see how many I can do, I got to 35 and was pretty exhausted, I could probably do just a few more before collapsing, but ther test says that if you do more than 20 then it doesn't really matter. The next day I felt some pains obviously, I know those kinds of pains, those are pains from not exercising a long time and then doing some very hard physical work, those pains are supposed to go away after a day or two. The next day they were still there, and it hurt more, but still it was nothing to bother about and they still felt like "exercise pains", so no compaints. But today I woke up and my chest and arms muscles (the ones on the part of the arm that is closer to the body) are really sore, not like in "oh man I shouldn't have worked so hard yesterday" kind of sense, but more of a "shit I think something is wrong with my muscles" kind of sense. I didn't do a lot of exercise since the test, but where I work I do have to walk and use my hands a lot, so I thought that would be enough exercise.

They're just sore and they're supposed to be after a hard workout. My chest is sore for the 4th day after my usual Chest Workout already, it's nothing serious.
Sign me up. I can typically do about 25 pushups, so I guess I'll go from there.
I am now eagerly awaiting Friday. Might take an exhaustion test today tho.
It's funny because I'm 12 and I can do around 25-30, yet people here cant even do 5
My arms aren't hurting today. I can't help but feel disappointed.
