Hey, how lucky am I. Garry posted under my post :3:
My arms hurt all the time, how can yours not hurt?
Even though I am sore, day two is easier.
My arms aren't hurting today. I can't help but feel disappointed.
Soreness isn't an indicator of a good workout.
Once the muscle gets used to the workout, it won't get sore anymore but it will still grow and develop.
Week 2 day 2 over, not anything worthy a mention except that it feels easier and easier after each day.

Muscles eventually get conditioned into knowing what is going on.
For example, if you just start doing bench press, you're going to be fucking SORE the next day.
However, after doing it for a little bit, your muscles eventually learn how to condition themselves and don't develop as much of a soreness, even if you do a harder workout.
If anything, you should be proud of yourself. Feeling extremely sore isn't exactly a positive feeling, you should find motivation in the fact that your muscles are beginning to condition themselves to the point where you can do physical activity without them being completely useless for the rest of the day.
Hm, I could try this.
First day done.
Rank 2 by the way.
I am a fat fuck.
Can't wait for tomorrow, I want to do Day 3, to know for sure if I will have to redo this week or now
Suddenly I want to excercise more. I am gonna try and stick to the plan though.
Also, is there any calendar for this?
Screw push-ups, weights are better. Also I can't do push-ups, my right arm hurts like heck after a blood test.
Started from week 3 (27 in initial test) and just did the first day. Feels good man
I guess I should start running to loose some of the fat on my belly, too.

Suddenly enthusiasm.
I bet it will go away tomorrow.
For that you'll have to cut my friend. Everyone has a six pack, the only question that remains is: is it visible, or is it hidden behind a big flab of fat?

This.
Also 'Cutting' means eating less calories then you burn.
Well it's not really that I eat too much, it's just that I don't move enough.
Combine good exercising with a small deficit of calories every day and you should see noticable results in a few weeks. And remember, not eating enough is just as bad as eating too much(with not eating enough I mean a BIG deficit of calories).
Week 4 Day 2 today.
Screw push-ups, weights are better. Also I can't do push-ups, my right arm hurts like heck after a blood test.
Each exercise has its place.
A lot of guys that can bench press 300+ pounds can't do 100 push-ups. It's important to work on both muscle strength and muscle endurance.
Maybe I should do weights when I'm not doing push-ups, so I can balance things out.
I'm confused
Does week 2 mean I have to wait until next Monday so I can start. Or do I finish Week 1 and start Week 2 the day after I finished 1.

If you started Monday, you will do day 1 on Monday, day 2 on Wednesday and day 3 on Friday, no matter what week.
I am probably just going to excercise once in 2 days.
Not a week but oh well.
Also my arms are tired as fuck after the first day.
My arms were dead yesterday, but when I did my 5 sets today it was fine, still going strong!
What the fuck, stop panicking, nothing is wrong with your muscles. They're just sore and they're supposed to be after a hard workout.
My chest is sore for the 4th day after my usual Chest Workout already, it's nothing serious.
Yeah, They felt a lot better later today, but for some odd reason they hurt quite a bit this morning, a lot more than I'm used to.
Some odd reason? That's what happens when you use muscles that normally just sit there and do jack shit. Isn't an odd reason at all.

Yeah but from my experience it doesn't hurt SO much. Sure it hurts the day after, but the pain just goes away slowly, and this week it only got bigger.

Not getting enough protein can be bad too if you're trying for increased muscle mass
Barely completed Week 4 day 2 yesterday, it was a whole lot tougher than usual. I think I'm going to repeat week 4.
I am onto week 2, I am no longer getting sore, thats a good sight I guess.
I also just feel a little stronger.
How long will it be until I start to notice any change?
It's funny because I'm 12 and I can do around 25-30, yet people here cant even do 5
I can do many pushups as well, though I don't see the humor in that. No matter how skinny or fat you are; if your body isn't used to doing something at all, it is going to have difficulties at getting used to it.

That's actually informative, I was wondering why my arms weren't sore the other day when I was lifting my weights.

I've been doing this and lifting weights on the same day, it is hard work. I like it. Of course if I start getting to a point where it's uncomfortable I will slow down.
Week 1 completed. I've increased my max by 3 :3:
