Finished my first day, looking forward to this.
I'm by no means unfit or fat but it couldn't hurt.
[QUOTE=MaverickIB;27714850]I'm glad people are taking measures to change it, but it's still shocking to see how weak some people are. I don't remember ever being so weak, even when I was a ridiculously skinny middle school kid. It's shocking.[/QUOTE]
You are like a god
May I paint a portrait of you
I just got 36 on the second exhaustion test (the one between week 2 and 3), I feel badass now, that's an improvement of 16 on the initial test in just two weeks.
Doing the exhaustion test today, I'm scared of week 3 anyway. :ohdear:

So am I, and seeing as I did 36 on the exhaustion test I'm gonna have to do table 3 :ohdear:
So day 3 of week 3 didn't go very well, I guess I'll have to do week 3 again. No worries, day 1 and 2 will probably be easy as pie, and I should at least survive day 3 (not fail it).

I improved exactly like you did between week 1-3.
Table 3 i found easy, so no sweat.
I got 35 on the exhaustion test, week 3 is looking hard :frown:
I got exactly 20, I couldn't get myself up after that one, still a major improvement in 2 weeks, I'm liking this so far.
But week 3 hasn't begun yet. :ohdear:
Doing week 4 day 1 rank 3 tommorow, not really looking forward to it :s
Finished week 4 day 3 today, shit's brutal!
Week 2, Day 2.
I did 17 (4 more than my maximum before) on the final test and I feel much stronger and less exhausted. I am starting to like this.
Also did 30 crunches combined with lifting 2Kg dumbbells.
Feels damn good, man.
Started day 1 today. I'm on column 3 and think I'll stick with that. Got me 11 max on my 5th set. All set for Wednesday, but will probably do some before then because I love how it made me feel once I was done, all pumped up and ready to do shit.
Hopefully my longboard also arrives tomorrow, so I'll be able to hit some hills and enjoy myself in the downtime.
I'll give it a go, starting now.
30
Gonna take a shit that really is not something I can postpone any more, then I will proceed with day one of week 4.
[editline]31st January 2011[/editline]
Day of of week 1done, wondering wether I will be able to lift my ciggarret to my mouth in a few minuts, quite frankly my arms are broken and I could only do one over the recommended max of rank 3
[editline]31st January 2011[/editline]
Couldn't lift my arms and I ended up making my face stink much more than necessary by just letting my fag hang in my mouth with the occasional lifting of my arms to tap the ash off :v:
The highest number of pushups i've ever done is 4
Going to start tommrow morning. Eat lots of carbs!
restarting week 2 today seen as how I was busy/forgot to last week
I forgot a day, but I managed to get back on track for week 3.
I'm gonna begin with week 5 today. Shit looks hard :/
Started Week 2 of the pushups and Week 4 of the situps programs today
Started week 3, that shit was hard for me. Only managed the required 20, and even then only barely. Had to lie lifeless on the ground for a couple secs before I could get up and finish the last two.
My max was 25 today. End of last week it was 35 but since I moved onto a harder week, this looks normal. probably wasn't a good idea to do it on a full stomach and in dress pants...
oh wait... I was supposed to do another exhaustion test?
damn... I forgot about that. I just did the 3rd column as normal... uuuh. uh oh?
well. Seeing as I did 35 for my last set of week 2, I think I can safely assume I am on the 3rd column. After an exhaustion test without doing sets before it, I can probably push our 40 which would place me well into the 3rd column since the min was 25 to get into it. :/
This seems a bit hardcore for me.
Yeah, no. Back to minecraft.
Sign me up for this! I am going to try and finish THE ENTIRE CHALLENGE!
Week 2, first day.
Went good until 6 push-ups, got them but couldn't complete the remaining sets :=
Probably restarting from Week 1 again on Wednesday
Did 30 push-ups for in between week 2 and 3. At the start I thought I wouldn't even notice the difference but god damn I can tell the the difference big time. Though the sit-ups I have to redo week 2. I recommend everyone on facepunch do this after the first 2 weeks you start seeing the difference and feeling it. Overall I am now excited to exercise.

As am I, too bad I only have seriously bad days and seriously good days. Like my exhaustion test, I got 36. Now on day 1 of week 3, I barely made it out alive.
I started working out everyday except weekends. I do every day twice.
So far I struggle everytime I repeat a day. It's much easier hopping onto the next day then, though.
[editline]1st February 2011[/editline]
