exhaustion test after week 2: 9 pushups back to week 2 I guess
I'm on my fourth week, second day; I could barely manage the last 18, I better repeat this week if I want to get better. Still, I've noticed an improvement.
Week 3, Day 2. I really surprised myself for the amount of pushups I did today. I'm really enjoying this. Good luck with the rest of the program, you guys! :buddy:
Sign me in! I've been wanting to do this for the past 2 weeks
I stopped counting the days and weeks and I'm just trying to get to 100. I'm up to 45 since the start of the thread.
Well, today was quite the fail, gonna try and finish week four regardless and then redo it next week :s
I didn't have time to do all the sets and I was extremely tired any way. So all I did was the max for today and got 40 in under a minute. I wish I wasn't so tired today. ugh. I'm going regret not having done those later on.
ugh Im struggling on day 3 of week 3. I got tired quickly with the first set more then usual. (22 push ups) I could only do 20 on the next set which demanded 30. I had to do the last 10 in their own set which was just horrible. I must be getting sick, cause im just exhausted. a few days ago these didn't turn my arms into jello so quickly.
I'm doing week 5 column 3, and it isn't really that hard for me. I did the test thing before hand and got 55 after I ate a large dinner. Also, probably been said, but make sure you guys are doing the push ups properly. Improper push ups can either make it easier, but less efficient, or harder and worse for you.
I already did the initial test, gonna start next week.
I'm really failing with the pushups, had to reduce my column to the first one but my squats helped me out big time! My teacher signed me up for the the 'pro' running team at school! :buddy:

I think I am making progress, I can pump out 20 pushups now. Oh and every second day I'm doing either 10 or 15 pushups.
when i started this i could do 10 push ups. now im on week 5 and i can do 40.

This should give you guys some motivation: Orgasm feels better after exercise, and generally after you have worked out. Because you'r brain emmits testosterone.
Week 3, Day 1 Done. Did 19 max. But I just realized I am breathing very wrong. I can't really breath rhytmicly - up/in down/out. I just hold my breath, do 3-5, stop for a while for 2 deep breaths and again, 3-5 pushups. It's just much easier when holding my breath. :what:
Finished Week 2 of the pushups and Week 4 of the situps. The situps are going great, I can already see my 6-pack a bit. 100 pushups are going terrible, though

Wow, after 3 weeks my max only went up from 11 to 15. :smith:

So after the exhaustion test after Week 2 it told me to do Week 1 Column 3. It was probably much harder than Week 2 Column 2 for me but I still managed to do it. I also started squats Week 5 Column 3. I accidentally peeked at Day 2. .. :smithicide:
