Psh, I can do this easily
Then why post ? Nobody needs your bragging, get out
I managed 4. I am really out of shape. Fuck me.
I'm in! I've been planning to do this for quite a while but I have never managed to get it started.
I'm up.
I think I'll give this a try. I'm pathetically weak and I'm interested to see if it actually works.
And here I was proud I can do 30...
I'm in. Got 50 push ups before letting go of my 100kg body and caused an earthquake around my house and destroyed it.
I can't even do 1 pushup, I have to lean on my knees or I won't have enough strength to go up :smith:
Then why post ? Nobody needs your bragging, get out
It's relevant to the subject, and I felt like it!
I can already do 100 pressups.
did this before, and succeeded :) doing 100 pushups was pretty fun. ill guess ill try to do it again
Sign me up. I tried this and quit at Week 5. This time, I'll finish.
Sign me up, I can do up to 20 for now.
I'm in, I can only do around 33, definitely needs some improvement.
Sign me up.
Why the hell not.. sign me up
It's not about how many you do, but how do you do it. 100 quick-in badly posture-push-ups are a lot worse than 20 slow and in good posture. Go down slow and stay there a few seconds, then to get back up push it fast and hard like an explosion, that way you develop your muscles a lot more. http://www.military.com/military-fitness/workouts/iso-explosive-pushup you don't need to actually jump like the image shows. You can use the guidelines in this challenge to try to do these push-ups. Go for quality not quantity.
I've actually done it before. I'll do the program again for Facepunch.
did you get results?
Ok, I can already do 50 pushups, so count me in!
also im technicly doing this but i kind of put it off halfway through week 2. i think im gonna restart.. again so sign me up
I am also doing this, I've spent too much time on the chair!
O...oo...ONE!
Could you elaborate on this? With a straight back, on toes, hands shoulder width apart, I can do more than 15 (along with plenty of other people who aren't unreasonably strong) What is "the correct amount of weight"?
The correct amount of weight is however much weight it is to keep you from doing more than 10 - 15. Get a tight fitting backpack and fill it with textbooks or other heavy things (keep the weight on your shoulders, not your lower back) until you can't physically pass the limit. Once you're able to do more than 15 add more weight. This is how you gain muscle. 100 push ups is just wasted effort.
I'm in
i'll do it when i rejoin my Tae-Kwon-Do class
i'm up for this. I'll do the test before I go to bed tonight.
I'm a lazy fat fuck. I'm in. Rank 2
I'm all for it. Downloaded the app so I don't need to keep referring to the website. Count me in. Need to get a well cut body to impress my girlfriend. :haw:
I might as well give it a try. Count me in.
