I'll give it a shot. But being the unhealthy shit that I am I'll probably be doing knee press ups to start off.
I'm going to do this as well. Probably going to do the 200 sit-ups too ([url]http://www.twohundredsitups.com/what.html[/url]).

Finished it over the summer. My record is 120 pushups.

Just did the initial test, only 19 :(
Just did 40 wall push-ups :( For me this will probably be a 1 push up challenge rather than a hundred.

Can I combine the 100 pushups program with the 200 situps, or do I have to finish the pushups first ?

What really determines if your abs show or not is your body fat. You might be a skinny guy and still have a layer of fat over your abs that keeps them from being well-defined. During track season in high school, we did 600-700 situps every practice. I was far from being thick or whatever, but I had some extra weight that I had gained for football, so I didn't have a 6-pack despite being able to do sit ups until the end of time.

Just took the actual test. Made it to 15, hopefully I did everything as I should have. I find myself actually looking forward to this. :)
