I don't do any sit ups or push ups, but I am skinny AS FUCK, and i have tone in the abdominal region. I guess ill try this program. I'm not fat or anything, im just really underweight, I eat a lot, eat a lot of fat food (IE i incorporate bacon into atleast one meal a day) and fail to gain weight. I also do some minor exercises but they don't do anything. Maybe i just need to increase my H20 intake. Only thing ive not tried yet, seeing as i have a love and devotion to soft drinks and juice. +I should take advantage of the work out machine that is only a few hundred feet from my bed room door in the work out room.. I did 20 push ups.

I've done this before, and I'll gladly do it again. I'm currently at a rate of 40 or so good-form pushups.
I'm in! Put me on the list. I really need to improve my upper body strength.
I've done it before, but its worth a try again and should be atleast a little bit of conditioning for parkour

But, I would say do it. Water rules.

I usually do about fifty a night (kissing the ground)... and randomly do about a hundred. Seem to do my best/most while drunk... lol
It's morning of the 17th for me, so I've already finished my Week 1, Day 1 session. Took an extra 30 second break between the push-ups. Is the last rep supposed to feel a bit easier? 'Cause I was able to suddenly do it a bit faster than the previous reps.
