How good the deals actually are?
How good the deals actually are?
Entirely dependent on the product. In recent years there has also been an enormous amount of items on sale that were marked up significantly beforehand, so 50% deals are actually more like 15%.
How good the deals actually are?
5% off
Somebody reupload the video with heavy metal music dubbed over it plz I didn't say poor people CAN'T take advantage of Black Friday, there's no need to endanger people's safety over such luxeries though. I mean honestly, look at that. That's how you might stampede if you were starved and those were the last few scraps of food available. Are you trying to tell me that the majority of people who take advantage of Black Friday ARE poor people? I think it's more likely that the demographic is people with money to spend but still reason to save it.
I am not saying they are all poor, I am just saying that people who are better off do not have as much incentive to take advantage of deals only offered at midnight on Thanksgiving. And anything can happen with a crown, a prize, and no organization. It is up to the store to make things safe.
What the fuck, the guy in the police sweatshirt pushes the 13-14 year old kid out of his way I hate the world I live in so much sometimes

The store could certainly try and keep things in order, but I think that there's still a little personal responsibility involved, poor or not. Like if somebody fell down in front of me I wouldn't step on their face to get my hands on a product I wanted. And I know people have been injured on Black Friday before. The store can't control that many people effectively, I doubt their security force is anywhere near enough to handle that sort of riot. They can try to employ more people or let less people in I suppose. Spread out the product distribution, I don't know. They may handle the situation poorly, but so does everyone involved in it.

black friday is my favorite holiday because stupid people kill each other

But yeah any sized staff could easily organize a black friday sale without it turning into a riot. I knew someone who managed to buy a DS on day one, and the opening they went to had just as many people, but did not devolve into anything violent.
Black Friday = When stores all across the horizons sell to you the idea that their shit is cheaper day It's literally the day they make their most profit. There was so much traffic in my area today because everyone was just rushing to the stores.
I've been to two black friday thingies and though there was a lot of people it was calm.
My friend and I opened carried on black friday. The most we saw was a black lady threating to shoot another person. Well, I guess she shut the fuck up when she saw two serious as fuck white guys with Glock 19s strapped on their drop-leg holsters. Needless to say, she got out pretty quick. Actually, now that I think about it, nobody got in our way. I felt like Moses, parting the mobs of angry nigresses, rednecks, etcetra.
lol that's why you don't go to walmart on black friday nothing but white trash
steam sales real life
-snip my point has already been made-
steam sales real life
And cyber monday, fuck waiting in line to go to store, then fighting over shit in the store.
ITT we make fun of poor people who want nice things at decent prices for their families.
Well that's a silly assumption to make, what makes you think they are poor?
I went to a walmart at three AM on black friday with my dad a few years ago, we wanted a cheap giant tv for my mom's birthday. It was surprisingly orderly, different highly sought-after items had their own separate lines, GPS's and Wii's, for example. This video, though... dang.
Holy fuck at least my Wal-Mart isn't this bad on Black Friday!
Well that's a silly assumption to make, what makes you think they are poor?
We wouldn't do this shit if we could afford things on any other day.
ITT we make fun of poor people who want nice things at decent prices for their families.
Nope. Truly poor people don't go to Black Fridays.
the saddest thing about all of this is that you can still get the shit cheaper on amazon
Looks fun though. I wish we had black friday in England just for the fight
All the Irish in the crowds would end up with all the stuff as they'd just beat the shit out of people to get to the merchandise. Or Beat the shit out of someone and take theirs instead This Black Friday sales stampede things is becoming more of a tradition than anything at this point. People know they aren't saving that much trouble worth, and know people get trampled to death, but go anyway. It's like the bulls running in the streets in Mexico
the saddest thing about all of this is that you can still get the shit cheaper on amazon
Show me a 42" 1080p NEW tv from a name brand for 180 dollars, with good reviews.
Eh, materialistic people live to gather stuff. Doesn't surprise me.
"Fucking materialistic sheeple" - MCCCXXXIII on his Windows 7 Computer
I see so many Black Friday game sale fight videos. If only people knew Steam existed.
We wouldn't do this shit if we could afford things on any other day.
People in this video did it for a smart phone this goes well beyond necessity AND amenity you're willing to lose all dignity for a discount?
I see so many Black Friday game sale fight videos. If only people knew Steam existed.
Hey! Amazon too! They have some nice deals from time to time, the other day there was a THQ one that had Stalker, Metro 2033, Space Marine, Red Faction Guerrilla and Armageddon and Homefromt for $9.99

That's how I got L.A. Noire last year for like $5.00 and it wasn't even a special deal day.
amazon is the best
