Yeah I'd say it's trolling (or cyber bullying, whatever you wanna call it). I only acknowledge those posts because of my friend, not because I keep looking at what they post... I couldn't give a rat's ass about them, but seeing as my friend is way more sensitive than I am and can't handle the shitposting, I have to step up and try to intervene somehow, so I can give her some peace of mind. :/

What I meant is that they keep trolling us on their own pages, but [U]only my friend[/U] takes all those attacks personal; none of us (that is, the rest of the admins and I) care about that.
And since I care about her a lot, I can't just look away... as much as I told her to ignore the trolls, she finds it very difficult.

Some people can be very hurt by words that someone else wouldn't give 2 fucks about. It can be because someone is simply more sensitive, maybe they are in a bad place at the moment or have some other issues that already have them down and even something insignificant to you just makes it worse for them. Maybe they are depressed or have anxiety. Sometimes it's easier to get to people.

Not always; they also send some of their friends to shitpost on our page (we could verify this a number of times). This is what they post on their own page. Mind you, some content is now gone (for instance, 2 of the status posts impersonating my friend that were removed by one of their admins thanks to Oubliette), but this is what I gathered so far. Additionally, this is just coming from 1 page, there are a couple others too but for now I'll just show you what these fuckers posted so far.

Generally this sort of content wouldn't harm a usual person on the internet, your friend is an exception so I can see why she was "turning a blind eye on it".
I've talked to her and she is very reasonable, I don't see why you cannot ask her to remove this content yourself. Regardless, I'll send these links to her when she's online.

There's two things you can try:
1) a) Set up an image on your/a webserver, send the link to the person pissing off your friend. Then check the webserver logs to get their IP address)
b) Look up the IP here : http://whois.domaintools.com/<put the IP here>
c) Call the local police department of that area. Be by a fax machine with the offensive material ready
d) Fax the material to the police. They take faxes more seriously than any other type of contact.
e) Search whitepages with any information you know about the person sending the messages. From that you might get a phone number or address. Do with that what you want.
2) a) Get her to contact her local police department, who should subpoena facebook for the person's IP address
b) they'll deal with the rest.

Like I said, I contacted one of the admins, the one who spoke to Oubliette before, via Fb. Looks like she is not online, she hasn't replied yet.
If she, or they are not cooperative, I'm definitely doing this.
I don't know your friend, but I'd guess she'd be a bunch happier if the two pages just got along rather than someone getting arrested for harassment. I mean what if the 20k fans of that page found out your page tried or did get the owners of the other page arrested for harassment? I don't think they'd take it too well. It will probably make matters worse.
