I'm sure if you got more than just a few people to report them Facebook might take this more seriously. But still, this doesn't make sense because obviously they review the reports. And they've taken my friend's pages down for no reason! (one of them ran a Korean tea shop on campus). Yeah, she needs to get over it but I feel for her when there is constant harassment towards her. A few years ago when I just bought TF2 and there was the Unsrs server drama eventually unfolded. And being the 15-16 year old that I was I let things get to me and I was dumb and probably asked for it. A few users started harassing me on here and obviously admins don't do anything about it. They made an oify post and used pictures from my myspace in the thread (I was dumb to put that on here). So I ended up having to just block them, change the security settings on all of my pages since they linked their profiles to mine and eventually it went away. Some people "ask" for the harassment... sometimes. A lot of time people just need to grow the fuck up and recognize that some people make immature mistakes and they hardly deserve any harassment. Sure, rebuke them so they know it's not really acceptable but there's a line where it goes from getting back at somebody to full-on harassment to the point where people's personal lives feel attacked. And that isn't cool. I really hope your friend gets over this. It's just a hard lesson she needs to learn. It isn't right but there will always be dumb immature neckbeards who don't have anything better to do than devote their time to harassing a random person on the internet whom they will never even meet.

I honestly, SERIOUSLY can't thank you enough for all this!! :'D Ok now, but we're not competing against anybody, we're just doing our own thing, and looks like what we do pisses off other admins from other pages, for some unknown reason. Watermarking works okay for us because my friend, another admin and I like to use Ps/Gimp to create content and since we had content ripped off before without a proper share, or without acknowledging us (it gets irritating after a while, trust me), we prefer to make sure it's noted that said material comes from us... and I fail to see what's so bad about it. As for the elitism part, it's probably because we posted a few core-based memes every once in a while. That's just what they are, a joke... we don't consider core bands (Metalcore, Deathcore, etc) a lesser form of music; everyone has something cool to offer--and I've stated this many, many times already on the page, so most fans are aware of this and sorta "know how we roll". (Unfortunately) people on the internet can be total assholes and don't care if they're hurting someones feelings. If you've told her to ignore it and you continue to report the people being assholes, you're doing the best you can do. The fact you don't reply to them is also a plus, they'll probably get bored soon if you don't give them drama or whatever to feed on

I took care of it, it's over :smile:", she felt extremely relieved and happy at the same time! She had no words to thank me, or to describe how happy she felt that the attacks are over...
