Get him some clothes. Or maybe a gift card to a restraunt.
Buy him a tent. The boxes tend to get wet, kind of drifty and it's hard to find one that fits his size. If you've got more money left: buy him a sleepingbag for those cold winter nights. MERRY CHRISTMAS! :D
Legos!!
No. Don't get him legos. We're talking about a 13 year old kid here, and having been 13 and poor before, I can tell you that legos sucked. I was much more interested in Gamecube.
Get 10 more dollars and go to a pawn shop looking for one, or maybe give him something you own that you don't use anymore that you think he would find cool.
Edit: I was 11 when gamecube came out, but I played that fucker till recently.
Condoms.
Well I appreciate the ideas but there way too many of this lego stuff lol.. in my country its kind of a shame to play with legos if you are older than 11. So for now ive decided to buy him an mp3 player with headphones and some batteries and ill put all kinds of music into it.. since I like all genres as long as the song has a nice melody.
So if I dont find any better ideas from here then ill go with the mp3 player.
Oh by the way that gamecube idea is very nice.. found one for 50 euros with 4 games and 2 controllers with it but I dont even know if the guy has a TV :(
A lot of people are saying Lego because it's probably the best option...an MP3 player is okay, but you should ask yourself: if he isn't getting anything for Christmas, do you really think his situation is such that he has stable access to a computer/has grown up with one?
Basically everyone can have fun with Lego. Even if it's "a shame to play with legos if you're older than 11", he'll still have fun with them in secret :sg:
If you really can't decide, and have no idea what he's into, maybe a gift card of some sort?

~snip~
What about a nice warm hoodie/sweatshirt or something. I mean at least he can use it on a daily basis and you won't have to worry if he won't like it because what 13 year old kid doesn't wear hoodies? There's always a chance if you get him some kind of toy he might not really be interested in it.
get a huge gay dildoe
How about get him a a variety of things, say 10 Euros of Lego, 10 Euros of sweets, and mayby a cheap (but nice) Hoodie or pair of jeans.
