As stated numerous times above, have the reporter jump on other people creating a tower with you always at the top. Then have Grunt/Wrex as the bottom-most person for a stable base. When the tower is high enough, jump off the top and land on The Diddler. Then compliment Lankist on the nice new art style for those epic-cutscene-like-images/parts.
