Does anyone know why my monitor gets blurry at the middle, especially visible in text?

Firefox users: You can change the reply box font by changing the default monospace font in your Firefox settings (Content -> Fonts & Colors -> Advanced...): [img]http://www.1337upload.net/files/Dragory_2010-04-17_12-20-48.png[/img] Although I don't see why it should be changed, I think it looks fine as it is.

But almost no page uses only "monospace" as the font, usually there are one or two other fonts first, like "Courier New", that get chosen if you have the font. Then, if you don't have those, it switches to the default monospace font (if it's made like that in the CSS-code). And then again, you don't have to change it at all.

You wanna know if a font is monospace? Type with it and highlight certain letters. Does the "i" take up a small amount of space, unlike characters like "a" and "g"? No? Then it's not monospace.
