Am I the only one whose not terribly bothered by the name? Apparently it's supposed to be a reboot of a similarly titled game that Oobisoft made back in 1986. The U addition just feels like what they'd do with N64 games, what with always slapping 64 on the end of things.
The trailer itself was kind of interesting.
I have a feeling it's going to be another Dead Island where the trailer was better then the game itself.
For Fucks sake, when will we stop with those cinematic trailers that say nothing about the game except basic story elements? By now everyone should have realizes that this has nothing to do with the game itself as far as gameplay goes. Every publisher can hire a studio to make some epic 5 minutes of footage when they want to hype people. I didn't get hyped for Dead Island and I won't get hyped for this until I've actually played it.
This could be an apocalyptic businessman suicide simulator for all I care.
WHEN will we get back simple DEMOS? Never, because nowadays giving people one stage of a big mainstream action game would be the same as saying "Yeah, we repeated that formula 10 times and put it on the market, also this is all the variation for the rest of the francise"
I wish I could've seen some gameplay because that trailer felt so dull and generic and also had a ''HEY GUYS GUYS LOOK IT TAKES PLACE IN ENGLAND! SEE? BIG BEN! GUYS LOOK! ROYAL GUARD! DOUBLE BUS! LONDON BRIDGE GUYS!'' vibe.
Well we had a "gameplay" trailer at the Nintendo conference. It was all prerendered shit.
Nintendo Stream just had some "gameplay", or fake gameplay... Looked quite good.
Just saw some gameplay of it from e3 it looks interesting
good, a zombie game that takes place in England. Other than Killing Floor and maybe some RE sequels (if you count the BOWs as zombies), seeing a zombie title that doesn't take place in the US is rare
How could you forget Half-Life 2, it takes place in Eastern Europe!
Just because guns are illegal doesn't mean no one owns one.
maybe eachtime you die your turn into a zombie and play as another person.

From the ZombiU press kit.
they better not start putting u at the end of everything like they did with the nintendo 64
There is a thing about this on Gametrailers that just finished showing gameplay.
While the trailer is pretty awesome, I'm a bit concerned since no actual gameplay was shown. And the name is a bit stupid.
Still, Ubisoft is on a roll this year so I'll trust them on this
Gameplay was shown a few hours ago and it does look pretty good.

That IS the whole idea of "Announcement" right? It's nice if they put gameplay in it, sure, but not all announcement trailers have that and yet we still catch ourselves playing their games. They're saying, "Hey, guys, this is what we're working on right now check back a little later for some gameplay." It's to keep you interested.
ANOTHER zombie game.
It's just going to be lost and forgotten in the pile of all the other zombie games.
its killing floor minus the science and one liners

Looks like it could be pretty fun if they pull it off.
Looks really really good if that trailer wasn't just a rendered version of gameplay.
Lets hope the WiiU is good.

They showed actual gameplay on gametrailers a few hours ago. It looked alright but you didn't really get to see much. I don't think they are particularly far into development.

Much Much different than the Wii's launch titles.
they better not start putting u at the end of everything like they did with the nintendo 64
Same thing happened with the SNES. Everything was super, even the games that blew.
