First of all, use colons.

1:54 to 2:02

Secondly, you need to state if you want it to loop properly and smoothly or not

Thirdly, you need to state the resolution you want or if you want to keep it the way it was.

If you could even make it 80x80 and give it a black border that'd be 100% fabulous.
