I tried animating it myself using microsoft gif animator, but it's not working the way I want it to. it ends up like this, which isn't as fast as I wanted.

After fiddling around with it, maybe not as fast as possible, I liked how it looked when each frame was visible for 3 hundredths of a second

If possible, could you make it a little smaller? 29.8 KB or smaller? Or is that not possible?
