i thought XR's only went up to 30mg cause thats what i used to get. my doctor even told me that these were the strongest dose of adderall xr? what color are the capsules?

My doc started me on 20mg XRs (one daily). I decided to double my dose to kick off the prescription.
I'm thinking I should have just taken 20mg, though. I remember having better results with 30mg in the past.
