i'm gonna start not wake n baking again, wake n bakes are great but in all reality it just leaves me with a fucked up tolerance the rest of the day so i can't get all that high come night..

i thought about taking a t break but really i've never noticed much of a drop in tolerance from a t break (2-4 weeks) and within a week or so i become re-comfortable with the effects and there's a sudden wall of tolerance (though it's more that i'm so used to being high i don't notice it as much) so i'll just keep changing things up (bubbler, bong, one hitter, vape, vape thru bubbler or bong, higher temp vape) and pseudo regulating my tolerance by vaping half what i smoke for a week or so at a time :D

Fuck America's justice system. In my county a police officer can search your car without reason, ANDDD if you ask them for a warrant they go to their cars glove box and pulled a pre-signed warrant. But that shit is ending in a month hopefully.

What the fuck? An officer of the law should not be able to do anything of that sort. That would be an absolutely abhorrent show of blatant disregard for the very law they are meant to uphold, and even if what you've said is 100% true, no court it going to admit that as evidence. A search without reason IS illegal in the US and, unless I missed something, is illegal is ALL of the US.

The wonderful, wonderful 4th Amendment protecting us from such bullshit searches:

The person (mistakenly) believes that just because the officer is already in the car they HAVE to consent (and when an officer asks you to step out, close to door behind you immediately to avoid them getting into this position to start with).

That part was inspired in part by that video, yes..
But what does it matter? The point is valid and only part inspired by the video - my buddy consented to a search like that the night I was arrested.. First hand experience with the fucked up things an officer will do, I was caught with literally an almond size nug, a grinder, a bong and a scale.. The officer was spewing shit about charging me with multiple felonies and how if i ratted people out "the narcotics division would make the felony charges go away".

I didn't give him shit, my final sentence was 25 hours community service and it's going to be expunged in like 4 more months. He was a cocksucker about everything, making it a point to babble on about my backpack while I was in holding ("Oh check out this sucker!" as he pulled out + smashed my bong etc), trying to get me to rat (the whole night) on dealers/friends/anything to "make the felonies go away".

It's bullshit what they'll try but what you posted would be painfully illegal.. I'm fairly certain that there's absolutely no way to get a pre-signed warrant unless your state somehow managed to pass that kind of fucked up law, a search warrant is a very, very case-by-case authorized by a judge kind of thing..
