I have a friend whos a lefty drummer.
I play Trumpet, Euphonium/Baritone, and Tuba (fingerings are the same).
I'm gonna buy an ocarina and a theremin sometime soon, as well. And I play piano for fun. Like, no chords and stuff like that, just playing by ear.

I would still class it as an instrument. Just that the instrument is yourself.
