CI play Clarinet and Piano. I'm also trying to learn guitar now. Hurray for Easy Chords!

Playing I think for over 5 years. Still suck because I don't practice and only play for school, but I'm still pretty good to be in 1st violin.
Used to play piano, but I quit lessons. Now, I just play when I feel like it.
I heard from almost any one who played a Squier that they're bad.
They're made from the wrong materials and fall apart pretty fast.
What is your budget frame?
Low end Squiers = VERY bad.
High end Squiers = Pretty darn good for the money.
Don't get the cheapest squier you can, get one of the more expensive ones. It's worth it. See if you can get hold of an older squier too. I have a 90s Squier J-Bass, plays wonderfully.

What's the hardest piece you ever tried playing?
Ever tried the Hungarian Rhapsody 2? It's pretty easy to be honest.
And no I am not talking about the Lassan, I am talking about the entire piece.

The Hungarian Rhapsody is harder than all of Chopin's etudes so no, it's not easy. The Minute Waltz is nowhere near the difficulty of the Hungarian Rhapsody. It's a nice piece though and perhaps I will learn it some day.

It's not that hard really, Just learn all the notes and play them slowly then play them faster as you advance.
Only problem I have is to remember it all.

It's not just a mechanical process of speeding up. The technique used to play something slow is different to the technique to play it fast. You have to have been playing for at least 6 years to even bother attempting the HR 2 and I've only been playing for just under 2 years

I find it highly unlikely you could perform it musically tbh but whatever, have a go if you like. I did a grade 8 piece in my first 3 months but I did not play it very well and I hate hearing people play pieces badly.

Well I wish you best of luck, best sound and that it won't require any special fixing for a few years.

It sounds great now, but yeah at start it sounds pretty bad. I miss some stuff and have to stop and think about what's next, but that's a part of it I guess.
But atm it sounds pretty good! I am proud of myself.
I play bari sax and bass guitar...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better at sax though
I play drums, heres my kit

What a great mindset. Tell yourself you'll only be able to play more advanced songs with 6 years of experience.
As far as the whole claim that the technique for playing something slow is different than for playing fast, that's just an excuse for not trying to learn the faster pieces. Honestly any DVD you pick up about building up speed they will tell you to start slow and increase the tempo as you master it, and it works.
Soprano/Alto/Bari saxaphone.
Best instrument(s) ever.
Geetar and alto saxophone.
i have a squier strat, and:

I'd also hope the anti-aliasing looks better as well.
Alto sax and clarinet. Anyone else here play jazz clarinet?
I play clarinet too. When jazz band starts up this year I'm going to try to get my band director to let me do jazz clarinet. Too bad that I'm terrible at improv and need to learn the jazz scales, but that's easy to fix :v:
Guitar and bass, and slightly piano, mostly theorical stuff on piano though. I play guitar mostly anyway, I play a Schecter Damien Special.

Been kinda going for extended techniques recently, playing the same scale and power chords over and over get really old.
Sax, Piano
