I hope that wasn't in a term of disagreement
Not really, I thought you would've liked that more to be honest.
Not too fond of that guys voice. C'mon, I'm sure you've been reluctant trying to enjoy something due to the smallest inconvenience and hated it merely because you do and not have a legit reason...
Nah.
:frog:
I'm fully legit bro. :smug:
Stardeath and White Dwarfs - The Birth The Last.fm page describes it nicely, "Stardeath and White Dwarfs create their own brand of genre-bending sound that might occur if King Crimson and Coldplay got stoned and had sex with each other." Really awesome album, it's nice to test the waters on more obscure artists and end up really enjoying them. 9.5/10
Jonsi-Go Well I thought I like Sigur Ros so I will have a listen to Jonsi(lead singer) solo album. And wow is it good, It is more upbeat and energetic than Sigur Ros. I think some of Sigur Ros is a bit boring and too experimental(most of von). Even though most the lyrics are in English you can't make them out that I like. Cool Songs: Boy Lililoki , Animal Arithmetic 9/10- I really like it Royksopp - Junior I haven't really listened to that much Royksopp, I have listened to Senior and then just random songs by them. I really like them in Senior , it has this dark but beautiful sound. Junior is the opposite being more upbeat and most songs having lyrics. Most people that like Junior hate senior, I think that senior is great and I don't think Junior is as good.r I like the album but my favourite songs are the instrumental songs. Royksopp Forever is my favourite song in the album. I think the rest is okayish. I rate it 6/10.

She really has a unique voice, and her style is (or was?) very refreshing. 9/10

The first Cake album that I've listened to. It's got a couple skippers on it, but it's got some great gems.

Still need to listen to that one. I've only ever listened to Debut >:

Oidupaa Vladimir Oiun - Divine Music From a Jail goddamn beautiful tuvan throat singing with an achordian. As you can probably guess, it's recorded in a jail. A much better use of time than what Varg did. 8/10
I was actually gonna post about Post today today must be thisispain's birthday or something
Well, I've listened through the Tool albums I own and I dunno what to think. They are perfect, they have amazing tunes and vocals, they are a excellent band. Aenima, Undertow, Opiate and Lateralus are all amazing albums and I would say a A to A+ is appropiate for each. I love Tool and I always have, I listened to them when I was 4, even, and that is saying something. They are unlike any other band I know. But, to be fair and respectful to everyone: Aenima: B+ Undertow: B+ Opiate: B Lateralus: A
10,000 Days - where it at? [editline]24th June 2011[/editline] It's the only Tool album I can still listen to. When I was big into them I found awesome beauty music but now that I've played it so much I'm impatient and 10,000 Days is the only one that is varied enough and can hold my attention. They're all great albums though.
I Am Ghost - Lover's Requiem 9/10 One of my favorite albums, solid from front to back. Would be a perfect score if it lacked the intro and interlude as they're rather uninteresting to listen to on multiple listens.

Andy Mckee- Gates of Gnomeria He is an absolutely phenomenal artist and guitarist, lovely flowing songs and an interesting cover of Venus As A Boy (thisispain should check that out). My only problem is that it is a brilliant collection of songs, but as an album it's not arranged as well as most albums are now. Plus point for the interesting little booklet in the cover about the songs. Overall outstanding music to listen or use as background music-8.5/10

Black Emperor ∞/10 Seriously though, anyone who actually hasn't heard this album, it is the epitome of post-rock. Highly recommended if you're familiar with the genre and want to go deeper. It seems unfair to give it a number rating of any sort, not everyone will love it, but for me once the album starts to drift off or starts to lose me even a little bit, it pulls me right back in. Its fantastic. Surprised it took me so long to hear this in its entirety.

It's a very engaging album, immersive, even. I like listening to it on dark, rainy days and imagining I'm part of the whole apocalyptic theme of the album. :allears: [editline]asdf[/editline] wow i am fucking pretentious [editline]25th June 2011[/editline] THE BENDS - Radiohead A+ Better than OK Computer, always will be. :mmmsmug:

So, horrendously, overrated The most overrated album I have ever heard
So, horrendously, overrated The most overrated album I have ever heard
"Listen to album" *not trying to enjoy it* "It's overrated"
So, horrendously, overrated The most overrated album I have ever heard
I'm surprised anyone would consider F#A#infinity "the most overrated album ever" with albums like The Wall or Abbey Road kicking around. Even knowing about Godspeed is kind of surprising.
with albums like The Wall or Abbey Road kicking around.
You're right, but they'll still end up being the most popular albums by respective bands.
