Zeromancer - ZZYZX - 9/10
I enjoyed it. Reminded me allot of Orgy. Sounded really good, some songs seemed out of place though.
Which of their songs are bullshit? I want to hear them.
This Heat - Health & Efficiency
9/10
excellent single. A side is one of the best post punk songs I've ever heard. just..... beyond words.
b side is pretty much top tier drone. and this is like 1980 or something, just an amazing band.

Weezer - The Red Album

7/10 - I enjoyed listening to a few of the tracks, but nothing beats the Blue Album.

8/10 It has some of Kanye's most famous hits and some really great songs, but there's also a little too much filler on it. The skits become kinda stupid after the first listen.

The Beatles - Please Please Me
10/10
Ah, Please Please Me, the debut album from the greatest band in the history of music, The Beatles, and one of my favorites of theirs. From start to finish, every track is just amazing. Some of the most noteworthy are "I Saw Her Standing There", "Boys", "Love Me Do", "Twist and Shout" and the titular "Please Please Me'. This album is historic as it marks the start of something big, something beyond a fad. It was the start of a legacy. This album is a must own for anyone, Beatles fans especially.

Finnish Industrial at its best.
The album is full of badass riffs and kickass lyrics (if you know Finnish, ofcourse).
There is not a single bad song on the album, although Osasto-A is definitely the worst one.
I really recommend this to every metal fan.[/release]

I personally think it's his best album, fair enough the "skits" aren't music but they definitely have character.
You really think they're just there to be "filler"?

Steve Malkmus & The Jicks
8/10
By far his most "Pavement"-like album but it also retains the bands own sound.

Cage The Elephant - Thank You Happy Birthday (2011)

A thoroughly enjoyable album for sure, but not quite as good as their first.

By far their most dissapointing album. Some of the tracks were good on their own but as an actual album it A)Didn't stick together particularly well B)Had too much filler

We Came as Romans - Understanding What We've Grown To Be
Fantastic new album, while, IMO, their last album was plagued with some weak songs and boring riffs, there was a lot of potential. With this album they've truly fixed a lot of issues, the screams are better than ever, they've ditched a lot of the techno that never really worked and the riffs are just awesome. They continue on the themes of peace and brotherhood with this album and unlike their first album theres not a single song that just seems tacked on or thrown in, honestly not a single song I disliked. Fantastic album overall, the band has truly grown in the 2 years since their first album.

9/10
I used to listen to these guys a long time ago, is their clean vocalist still awful? I could tell they had potential way back when but some of their stuff was just cringe-worthy, especially because of him, harsh vocalist is awesome though tbh.

I've heard them live twice, the first time the vocalist was awful, just awful. The second time he was great. Theres noticeably less autotune in this album and much more focus on the harsh vocals.

Los Amigos Invisibles - A typical and Autoctonal Venezuelan Dance Band
To clarify, I'm a long time Los Amigos Invisibles fan, but I never listened this particular album, it's their first album, and it's one of their best ones if not the best one. If you're a Funk, Acid Jazz or disco listener (or if you happen to like jamiroquai or the like), this is a must hear (of course, if you don't mind listening to a whole album in spanish). It is a perfect blend of Funk, latin rythms, jazz, disco, and even rock in some tracks. Every song is packed with amazing guitar solos, conga solos (believe or not) and a killer bass. Also the drums is a highlight, because of how perfect they mix along with the timbales and the conga. "Dame tu color", "Acid Jazz de las mujeres locas" and "Dialecto divino" are all highlights. Also with 20 tracks, the album delivers a long, pleasuring listening.

Grouplove - Never Trust A Happy Song
7.5/10
Good album, quite summery, really enjoyable, especially Spun, Slow, Colours and Naked Kids. Unfortunately, it really drops towards the end it it feels like the album fades out quality wise. Still good though.

Gazpacho - Night

Prog/post-rock crossover. Starts off a bit slow, but the last song is really good.

Listened to new Shabazz Palaces.
Some very nice eerie mixtures of sounds to some nice hip hop. One of the better experimental efforts I feel.
Also I don't feel like grading for a while. ;)
Kasabian - Velociraptor!
7/10, some classic Kasabian sounds mixed with a couple of shit songs. Worth listening to.
