I prided myself on owning a 1995 mustang gt, the last year for the mustang 302 V8.
but now, to compete with the new Camaro, the 2011 mustang does not use the 4.6l, but instead uses a new engine, 5.0l, and it has 412hp!
:siren:want want want want want :siren:
i feel sad not being special with my 302 anymore, even though it is lacking power. On the other hand, I am entirely excited, my dad was thinking about buying a new mustang and this might be even more incentive!
oh god:

Now thats what I call an interior

I think the 01-04 IS 300 is my attainable dream car. Everything about it seems appealing. Sporty RWD handling, decent power, legendary reliability, and of course price.
The only thing that sucks is the gas mileage of 16/23. I can hardly believe this >:( Everytime I get close to finding the "perfect" car something has to suck.
lol
I see you've played NFSU too. :buddy:
And that's something I whipped up in NFSU to make fun of that one guy. When I play that I pick the Miata as my starter car and when I upgrade, I pick the ones that run good (not a ford focus). Of course, thanks to that terrible rep thingamajig, I'm forced to rice it anyways. :saddowns:
[editline]10:21PM[/editline]
I like NFSU2 better anyway. It still has that shitty rep thing though
I've also played NFSU
My starter car was a Civic
Then when I unlocked the Integra,I stuck with it
Port some of the cars from UG1 to UG2 and it'll be perfect
Port some of the cars from UG1 to UG2 and it'll be perfect
That would be fucking amazing. Also the first time I played NFSU I picked the Neon as my starter car. :saddowns:

I switched to the Skyline when I got it. Shit was so cash.

Words cannot explain my feelings of how stupid he is.
The only coherent thing I could form was "The brakes..." before I went into a fetal position.

terribly made cars i.e. dodge neon
Well, I just did an assignment for an extremely annoying graduation requirement class where I had to compare 3 things and make decisions. I chose to compare $40,000 German-made sport sedans, i.e. A4 3.2, 335i, and C350. Looking at specs, it's amazing just how close they all are to each other in performance/fuel economy/cargo capacity/warranty/price.

10$ says he fucked with the revlimiter

That car has been left in gear :eng101:

What? I have a drifting Nissan Silvia in my avatar, and that means that I love motorcycles?
That car has been left in gear :eng101:
...thats generally how you leave it....
10$ says he fucked with the revlimiter
As everyone with a Neon does.
...thats generally how you leave it....
Yeah, if you're a blond female lol. I never leave my car in gear. The only time I'd think it'd be an advantage is if you've been on a track and the brakes needs to cool down, but otherwise nono.
I was always taught to not leave it in gear, unless on a steep incline.
That car has been left in gear :eng101:
ofc it is..
Leaving a car in gear prevents it from rolling away if you don't use the handbrake. Using the handbrake during really cold winters can cause it to freeze in place which means that you can't drive your car until it's melted. I always just leave my car in gear when I park at home so I don't wear out the handbrake
What's the point in having a handbrake then?
I'd rather put strain on the handbrake than on the gear box.
Guys i have a bit of a problem thats really fucking with me. Well to start i picked up a car quite cheap, for reasons i now see (it has alot of faults, but hey its a nice project car i suppose).
Well, to the point as im driving around 30-45 mph a really loud vibration sort of rumbling noise appears, and starts to vibrate the pedals aswell. So far ive replaced the wheel bearing and the offside driveshaft + CV joint.
Since i replaced the driveshaft the noise isnt as bad but its still there etc. So now im stuck, back to square 1. Help? (car is a mk3 ford mondeo btw)
Stupid question (might even have been asked already) but are the tyres correctly balanced? Might be worth getting them checked, I had a new front set on my focus and they ballsed up the balancing on them (the second cock up they made, the first time they did it they put the weights on the fucking outside of my alloys, the cunts) I took it back and made them do it again, fortunately I noticed on a main road on the way home, the vibrations out of it at certain speeds were horrendous.
What's the point in having a handbrake then?

I see no reason not to do both, the "strain" isn't going to be any greater than what it experiences when you pull away.
Thinking about it, the only reason you wouldn't do it is if you were expecting a muppet to drive your car next. I know I let a friend drive my car, he always leaves his car in neutral. It showed when he didn't bother to check whether it was in gear or use the clutch before trying to start the car, fortunately we were in the middle of an empty car park, so there wasn't anything to jump into infront.

Because of steep hills
Lmao, they're just talking about reducing the general speed limit in town from 50 to 30 in Germany.
"Oh look, it reduces the braking distance"..Why don't we just put the car in 1st, go off the clutch and wait for the car to roll where we wanna go. Amazing braking distance then for sure. And at least it's not as annoying as keeping 30.

I thought it was obvious too when I realised that's like 18mph. What's the point in owning a car when you're stuck at those speeds. You could get around faster by going back to using horse and carts.
yeah but then you gotta clean up shit
