I am fully aware of that. Most people don't seem to report anything though and when it comes down to the level of this thread there aren't really enough people for that.

I hate BMW drivers now. Actually that's a lie, I hate BMW drivers that drive like fucking idiots. Why is it that BMWs tend to attract a certain.. ethnicity and type of person, you always see them in 5+ year old BMWs with tinted windows and no regard for anyone.
One came around a bend on my side of the road doing about 70mph and forced me off the road and into a hedge on my motorcycle. Then the bastard failed to stop, and I didn't get his plate so the police can't do fuck all. I was lucky that I managed to avoid him though, he was doing about 70 and I was doing 40 - If I had hit him I would be fucked up, as it is it's just my pride and a few scratches.
My motorbike has dents and scratches all over it and the forks might be twisted due to bouncing up a kerb, hopefully the damage doesn't add up too much for them to write it off. It all comes down to if the frame is twisted at all. I've only had this fucking bike for 2 months, FUCK.
Probably not the right place for this little rant, but fuck. At least I wasn't in a Smart car, then I would definitely be dead.
