I effectively got my license six months early, as I got my learners permit six months early. I signed up for Drivers Ed. early and the DMV nor the school ever checked my age.
at above: Old engines usually make a lot more torque than horsepower. Old cars were HUGE, so they needed the torque to get going. the 302 in my 84 mustang, which is a relatively light car, makes 160 horsepower and 260 torque factory.

Hand paint it, shouldn't take that long and will yield results.
I think the paint he used had an adverse reaction to each other. The same thing happened when I tried painting some plastic pieces I took out of the civic I've been fixing.
