I'm split between 2 cars to buy. Well, they're the same car but different models.
The first is the 190BHP Toyota Celica, this is selling for £4500. 42k miles, fully loaded interior:

Or the slightly older Celica GT4WD. Road-going rally version of the previous Celica. They sell for slightly less but are getting on in age now, I could pick up a good one for £3500 with about 70k miles on the clock, they are slightly faster but missing extras like air con, traction control and the like but they look pretty nice too, they best thing is that only 400 were imported to the UK so they are nice and rare:

What are you opinions?
Both cost about the same to insure and running costs aren't too different either.
Second car looks better IMO. Go for the second.
No doubt, get the GT-Four
The old one, no doubt.
The old GT-four
Newer Celica is FWD and boring to drive.
Tried one for 1½ months, even my old ass Corolla was more fun to drive
For some reason, an imported GT-Four is a lot cheaper to insure than a regular 1.8 Celica and even cheaper than my 1.2 Vauxhall Corsa. How does that one work out?

better grip?
Get the GT-Four
The FWD Celica sucks.

Both cost about the same to insure and running costs aren't too different either. The main dialemma is do I got for old or newer? Will I forever be replacing parts on a older car?
Is it even a choice?
Go for the second one.
That's very tastefull! I like it, the rims doesn't fit it thought.
And it's not a Silvia btw.
Now if it had a S13 front and a 180XS behind
That would be called a Sileighty
That car is just a Silvia with a 240sx S14 behind
I'd call it a Siltwofourty

Very tempting. Main downsides of that car is fuel consumption and if something goes wrong, parts are pretty damn expensive. Other than that, it seems like one hell of a car. The 190bhp Mk7 is tempting because of the low running costs. My girl lives about 10 miles away and I have to do a lot of driving for me job so I'm debating which would be best for every day living.
Want to hear something fucking annoying?
My sisters works @ audi and because she does, i got a free washing ticket (gold wash fuck yeah) but after i got the car back, all the
wax had dryed so it left marks ALL OVER MY FUCKING CAR, great i got home and used 2 hours to polish the whole shit.
Goddamnit... oh well atleast the car looks pretty shiny now :v:

You'd be a fool not to jump on the chance to get a GT-Four.

what
on my way back from arby's some blacked out vw golf with a loud exhaust was racing me and it won ):
this car used to be so much more powerful. i don't see how in the world it can still have 225hp
edit~
it said "relax i do this shit for fun!" on the rear window. does that mean he races for fun? or that he rices it for fun?
You know that overlooked fact about your car?
You know the one. The fact it's a ford? That's why you lose to Civics. :)
No, but really, you may need a tune up, or something, I have no idea as to the state and condition of your vehicle. Also, never drive your vehicle hard/rev the shit out of the engine if the car is still warming up. That's just about the most damage you can do to your vehicle besides actually wrecking it.

Well i didn't know if he did anything actually performance wise, if you saw this car you would agree with me.
but i see where you're coming from and i apologize.

For all we know, he could've have a Turbo'd/supercharged VR6 swap done, or it was one of the R models.
My car audio :v:
I bought this 4 years ago (the picture is not of mine, but it's exactly the same) :

It's Riesen 2 x 12" subwoofer with a small rubber ring so it can't play deep bass so I went on an online auction and I won this for 76,-:

Now I gotta build a box :buddy:
also, 76,- = £7.6
I quickly potatochopped what I'd roughly like my EG to look like.

Personally, I'd stay away from the CF hood, but that's just me.
The rims look nice, though.
-snip of blindness- :byodood:
I dont know if this counts as a car, but still:

My brand new Supra body i bought for my NTC3
But... it's no CF hood. That one is simply black.
Nope, it is a CF hood. I want that, plus a CF lip and a CF spoiler.
But... it's no CF hood. That one is simply black.
Look closer. It's CF.

IMHO just the hood in CF looks horrible. Do it in a theme or not at all. Might also have different wheels, it's just a civic after all.
