I always thought this dude was being awful just for the sake of gaining views (and by extension, money) on YouTube. By being a leftist version of Glenn Beck or something.

He still makes well-spoken anti-religious videos debunking all the bullshit that surrounds religion but he's still an idiot and an asshole in all other regards.

Yea, he's an asshole. Everyone knows this. I'm not sure how you could watch his videos and not know that he's a heartless, cold, douchebag and has a despicable personality. He even proclaimed this himself during the Paulsego issue. That still doesn't detract, at least to me, his criticisms and commentary on the state of things.

TheAmazingAtheist was claiming that triggering language doesn't exist. (As in, words or phrases that are likely to illicit negative emotional responses in victims of something, look up "trauma trigger" on wikipedia for more info)
The thread itself was complaining about someone with the username "ICumWhenIKillMen" and how it proves that men are truly the most victimized class in society

Well the girl used being a rape victim as a "get out of jail free card" which is kind of bullshit.

Not trying to be "edgey" here, but if made to choose, I would prefer to raped then murdered.
Although I do see that it would probably be more traumitising to the reciever of the threat if they actually had been raped, it still isn't the lowest thing one could do.
