I am not tying them together. I am simply stating facts that we should all agree with in this thread.
I am not trying to start an argument; I am trying to reach a consensus.
I'd think that everyone could agree with the assertion that extremism is bad no matter what, right?

No, really. I'm asking, I've only seen 1.5 of this guy's videos. The one about the hypocrisy of society when a man got his dick chopped off by his wife, and another one that i shut off half way through because it was just him pretentiously going on about wine and other shit I don't really care about.

I understand PTSD and appreciate how serious a topic rape is, but claiming you are a rape victim for support in what was just a moronic flame-war is pathetic. In fact, I'd argue that making that claim in this context is more insulting to actual rape victims than what the TAA said.

And nobody is trying to link TAA's atheism with his sexism. At the most, some types are using it as a jumping-off point to talk about sexist attitudes in the atheist/"rationalist" community as a whole, but that's it. We talk about why TAA is a bad person because that's what this thread is about - him being a bad person. I am going to give you your due, shitting on him for his dick size or his sexual habits or anything else not related to how he treats people is a pretty damn low.

It's not like there was some argument she was trying to scare TAA into conceding to her. He was making rape jokes, he was making her feel uncomfortable, and all she tried to do was get him to stop. The fact that she was raped, herself, was relevant.
