Usually the result of exposure to radiation. Suicidal thoughts, which the majority of people don't have. Usually the result of deep psychological trauma or other psychological problems. Both are symptoms of a problem. You treat cancer, you treat psychological trauma. There are only so few cases where a person should be legitimately allowed to kill themselves.
