Final weigh in today because my doctor said I was low enough already; 143.6 pounds (65kg/10stone) down from about 185 pounds (84kg/13stone). For those who cant math that's 41.4 pounds (19kg/3stone) over about 10 months. Almost all weight lost due to eating less with a bit of exercise here and there.
Speaking of exercise I need to go rescue the Wii Fit from my parents house so I can work back up to 150 pounds (68kg/10.7stone) but this time will muscle weight instead of fat.
Feels good to reach the halfway point towards the body I want!
Sister came home super well and there was two family events this weekend; my youngest cousin's confirmation with my mom's side of the family and a party afterwards that went pretty well yesterday, and today my oldest cousin's son was baptized with my dad's side of the family and there was a party afterwards that as well that went [I]really[/I] well today!
It was really nice seeing the entirety of my family again, and of course my sister that I've missed terribly after her traveling to Ecuador and Peru over four months to work as a volunteer in a wildlife rescue shelter.

So I finally moved into my new apartment. They were supposed to get the internet turned on around 5:30 p.m, 7:30 rolls around and I call in to see what's up.
They're like "yeah a tech turned it on at the switch so you should be good to go, if you're not then we'll have to send a tech out to check out your personal equipment and charge you $50 bucks" so I was like great
Just for snicks and giggles I decided to follow the coax cable through my apartment to see if it was a wiring issue, I locate the wire through the wall in my bathroom cupboards, and right where it snakes out through a hole in the cupboards it just... ends. The cable is just cut? It doesn't lead into a wall it's just a completely dead cable, and I have no other coax cable hookups in my entire apartment.
I've called the apartment people so I hope they can help me out with this tomorrow. This definitely doesn't seem like an easy fix so hopefully my tethered phone will let me play some BF4 tomorrow to pass the time if I can stream shows or download anything, and hopefully it only takes a day or two to fix at most
man, I wish I had more to talk about other than just working constantly.

so my mother just got recovered in hospital because she has almost no white blood cells and her iron blood levels are next to zero. i know she'll recover after a couple transfusions but... fuck i'm scared of losing her. i'm just panicking right now hoping she'll do fine, and i cant even go see her because the hospital is fucking far

The video I made half of raised $325,000 for the hospital to buy a cancer fighting machine. I'd say that was worth the 34 hour work day. The event as a whole raised $815,000 total so ours was a pretty significant chunk of it. The total was a new record for the event, and they're attributing it to our video :smile:

My mother's in the hospital too, I hate seeing family like that. She can barely move and is [i]still[/i] handling it better than I am. I lost my shit at work a couple hours ago.

During this gloomy, overcast work-day, a customer came to pick up medication.
