whereabouts are you in Tennessee? I recently went to Memphis and really enjoyed it. I live a couple of hours away now in western Alabama, so it isn't crazy far either.
Perhaps I should add some context: the only other sexual partner was a guy in an FWB situation a few years ago who treated me badly, made me feel ugly, generally was a piece of shit (and, for the record, I wasn't very attracted to him). The whole experience kind of turned me off to sex and being close to people, so the fact that I sought someone out and had sex with him on my own is kind of a big deal (to me, anyways)
I was in the whole "relationships > casual sex" boat before because I had the idea that casual sex was cold and unfeeling, but I learned that wasn't necessarily true - I talked with, cuddled, and kissed him, too. I think I'm fine not being in a relationship for a little while because I've only had two sexual partners, and the world is full of attractive men that I could meet. If I meet someone in the near future that I really connect with and want to start a relationship with, then so be it. However, for now, I'm cool being single
