I don't mean to come off as rude and if I do I'm sorry, but I often question how people lose that little in that length of time
I cut out all bread and starting eating only meats, fruits, veggies, cheese. I lost about 40 pounds in a three month period (ish) while doing that and going to the gym to lift weights about four times a week for about an hour each.
