Knowing that you have a certain disorder might explain certain odd feelings and behaviors that you've had but couldn't quite explain why. It's also important to know that you aren't completely defined by any mental disorder that you might have - you're still a person at the end of the day

Aspergers makes you no more or less likely to be a dick to people. Source: I am an aspergers and am not a dick, and know many aspergers who are and are not dicks.

Also after taking some naps, and pepto bismol, I think I'm finally all better now. I'm still sore though, from the butt issue, and from sitting on the toilet ALOT of times. It feels like I'm saddle sore after a bike ride from McKinley to downtown Chicago and back.

I really wish there was a decent gym near me that wasn't fucking tiny and absolutely heaving between 5pm-9pm. All i want is a big gym that has weights accessible between those times.

This gym was recently built in my town centre, it's very comfy and fresh, lots of equipment and a nice atmosphere. Easy start, can only get better from here.

Trying just pain pills this time to make the urge go away, because nothing is coming out when I feel an urge.

I flip flop between wanting to be in shape and wanting to make gains and being happy with the skinny body type I have. Could probably do with doing more cardio regardless though.
