Nah I have RSI cuz I was workin some dank ass 50/60hr weeks being the only full time member for some time, so I have to take a few weeks off.

Dont even get me started on DS3 fam I'm getting the Japanese version on the PS4 for the 24th and then buying it on the PC in April.

I've noticed that having a fairly large group of gay friends can be bad.

It's terrible when 4 of us try and compete over getting a guy. Lots of anger, jealousy and deceit get exchanged between us.

the worst part is, i want love, but i don't even like anybody
at best i have like a little crush on my straight friend, so that's a dead end
there's nobody in any of my circles that i really feel attracted to, and i'm not even really a big part of these circles anymore since my life is just work, then back to my apartment to watch tv, play vidya, smoke weed, and then go to sleep early so i can go to work again tomorrow

i'm thinking of signing back up for college classes just to get back some semblance of a social life

This scares me, I'm more than half way through college and my social life is already awful, I imagine that "poof!", once I'm graduated I will be out of any social circle and getting to know people will be even harder

I mainly just keep to myself and only speak when spoken to most of the time.

I didn't have a social life at all until after I graduated high school and started hanging out with a completely different group of people

I didn't even go to college because school just feels like a place where you're constantly judged by everyone around you and I don't feel this way at all anymore

You're probably right. I've never considered that. They're great people most of the time, but I guess in specific situations, you could call them a douche.

Sometimes an outsider can see much more clearly than those stuck in the tangle.

I would do anything for a naturally occurring relationship that doesnt come from some designated gay meetup mechanism

Forced things like that are awkward as hell anyways. I remember in high school, a "friend" of mine wanted to help me get a girlfriend. I was like "okay," so he asked me what girls in a popular teen hang-out area was attractive, I pointed one out. He then literally put me in front of her and said "talk." The girl and I proceeded to joke about how much of an ass said friend was.

I cannot pick up on clues of when someone likes me though, so shit happening naturally is out of the picture too :v:

I feel like on FP I see a lot of people with this mindset and to me it seems unrealistic and ultimately harmful because it's setting yourself up for failure. Meeting someone online or through an app will be no different than meeting someone at a bar or through friends?

I understand that there are a few members who have met people through their social lives who didn't use apps or whatever at all, but these few are very extroverted and much more confident in their social skills.
