Wave 2 - you spend 250 PTZ you get two chances

The whole system is shit. Something better would be where they go okay we x amount of prizes and we'll have x amount of people sign up so it's not 20,000 people trying to snag 100 prizes at once.

It means that i can only participate on the second wave? or i can in the 2nd and 3rd and i cant in the 1rst cause it's only for the ones that bought 3 chances?

100 minutes for that specific item, which makes it actually obtainable if you ask me. everyone would have a fair chance at getting it.
100 minutes isnt bad since it took them like 4 months to restock this shit anyhow
