Man I just wish that it doesn't have a cookie cutter "College Movie" plot
Here's the thing though.
Did Monster Inc really need a prequel/sequel? Did anybody finish that movie and go "wow, I want a continuation of this, or perhaps a prequel!"
Of course, everybody likes seeing the universe expanded, but nobody really demanded a sequel.
Enter The Incredibles. Nothing more needs to be said. There is absolutely no reason it should not have a sequel.

I can say that Pixar is really good at hiding main elements of their movies plot from the trailer. So we may be surprised in the end.
