We told her off and then we get called "the self-loathing Indians who are the puppets of white people." :speechless:
Yeah but being reasonable makes you a class traitor obviously.
Yeah but being reasonable makes you a class traitor obviously.
It's a problem, even amongst ourselves. If you're among Indians in a foreign land and another comes running to you despite knowing fully well that he/she was in the wrong, he/she expects you to take their side just naturally because hey, same skin so we're tight, right? :sarcastic: Don't take their side or call them out on their shit? Why, you're nothing short of an aspiring coconut then (Derogatory term used amongst Indians against other Indians because they're brown on the outside, white on the inside :v:). A lot of the friction between Non Resident Indians/Second generation Indians and Fresh of the boats stems from a lot of incidents like this: an expected favoritism that isn't returned.
What is this garbage? The user you quoted obviously was entertained at someone calling Hawaii a continent when it is just a series of islands and the 50th state.
As if anyone needed to expand upon the continent part, and it wasn't even directed at the poster.
Well some good news, apparently Uber banned her for life. Now, if Lyft would also follow suit to protect its drivers, that would be most excellent.
