• Saying the word LOL/lawl in public

I do say "Fail" sometimes when something silly happens, like someone tripped and fell. In my school, we just started using "fucking noob" if someone is bad at something easy, like not being able to answer "2 = 1*x, find x".
Owned is just the same word as I beat the game, I just won or any examples. Why is WINRAR so bad?. Oh noes, there is rules on the internet you cannot say it. At LANs i go too, there is many people who scream out internet words, and no one bashes on another. It's just a private events to do whatever we want too.
Saying it on the internet is stupid too.
Saying it on the internet is stupid too.
lol
Strange as I know it is, I do say 'Fail' and 'lol' in real life, the latter actually has a proper translation to Dutch though and it's quite appropriate at most times, but only to friends. Then again we've got a wide variety of words that assume different meanings.
I've said it a couple of times, but only when referring to internet situations. Also: when people say "FAIL" or "WIN" I want to fucking kill them. In real life, or on the internet. I go to a tech school. I hear it a lot.
I sometimes say "lol" in a sarcastic way when i'm bored. I never seriously use it.
I do this too.
Why would you punch them in the face`? Can't we just all be friends D:?
OP is all EL OH EL and im all like omg thats so gay hes not even on a computer! what a fat piece of shit! OP is fat.
I prefer the word 'Haha'
One of my friends is always on the computer browsing for ... stuff and no-one likes it when he randomly shouts "LOL!" in public. It's just weird.

Every time someone seriously does this, I think my IQ drops a bit.
I hate the fact many people have started talking about "The Game" now in real life. It seems out of place and retarded.
This just started for you? I've been hearing people say that for years, and it's fucking annoying.
You sound stupid when you say lol in public...1 of my friends says it all the time...makes him sound like a geek or something :/
-snip-
i called people noobs by accident when i couldnt think of anything
I'd rather have someone say "Lol" on the internet then have some Facebook member go "hahahahahahahahahahahahaaahaahahahhahahahahaha" all over the page. Saying things like "BRB" or "Lol" (So you don't actualy have to laugh) in vocal conversations can come in handy during fast conversations.
Some people on cam say lol even so their expression can be different. Like they are just playing with you.
Some stupid freaks in my class say LOL!!!! holy shit that pisses me off.....
I have no problems with it.
No as lol is the Dutch word of fun.
Yeah, lol, I say it all day. [editline]05:57PM[/editline]
We use fail and noob without translating them here where I live.
Same here.
it pisses me off when people say -no homo -no big deal/no bigs/no biggie -nuff said at the end of every sentence
I hate it when people say "fail" along with lol.
"lol fail", yeah? Goddamnit, I want to kill them.
it pisses me off when people say -no homo -no big deal/no bigs/no biggie -nuff said at the end of every sentence
I second this, so fucking annoying
Lol, it's annoying, nuff said. But seriously, like 80% of my class use LOL, NOOB, FAIL, OMG... Even if they don't know where did the "noob" come from.
I never use "Lol" in real-life. Though in my language, having "lol" is valid. It means having fun.
Memes and real life behavior don't mix. It just makes you sound stupid and geeky.
I do this sometimes without knowing it but then i hate myself when i realise what i did.
All the guys in my class say lol when we're too lazy to laugh :effort:
