Can I be put under a Drum And Bass catagory?

Also maybe it'd be better to have the usernames link to their soundcloud accounts, rather than just the link.
i thought about that first but then i realized that nobody will probably care who the user is and instead just read the artist name on link instead.

a few things but mainly dubstep
http://soundcloud.com/gksudoku
i'd be okay with an experimental/electronic/rock/thingy thing

Dubstep. Trying for a more Dark Garagy sound but it's not working out so well so It sounds more like 06 - 07 Dubstep.

I'm not too good with genre's and describing my own music, sorta indie, guitar based stuff.
I've done something orchestral electronic something lately. I don't know which genre it to put in. Best method is listening to it by your own.

It would be pretty cool if you put up some sites with tutorials and sample resources up here, people seem to have trouble finding those. Actually, I know quite a few good ones, I could edit them into my post since it's conveniently below the first post anyway, and it'd show the change of category pretty well if that's okay with you?

Indie Rock, the music is some very early demo tracks but will be updating soon with new music.
Hey, here's my soundcloud profile:

I'm really not sure what genre my stuff is, I mean so far it's mostly electronic, but I also have some new age stuff and different songs have different influences of styles. I have a lot of work in progress so expect a bunch more content in the next little while.

Yes, please do  Everyone should feel free to give as many helpful tips as possible, I will just gather the artists in op and second post but everyone else can make posts about certain things they know or want to help with
Oh and forgot to mention that I have 2 albums here:

About tutorials, samples and vst-plugins, computer music magazine is an awesome source of such if you are willing to pay ~11 euros for a magazine.

I do a lot of Drumstep as well as Dubstep.

This is my band, we do jazz and ska. Jazz would be the appropriate heading for now I guess.
http://soundcloud.com/furrfagsmurr
That is my account.
I write Complextro/Metal/Instrumental/Dubstep/Electronic
Still working on experimenting with genres though.

Because I don't use soundcloud, it normalizes the volume of anything you upload which is a disaster for the style of music I cover.
