ok ok umm so today I asked a friend of mine who is tall and slim, just like me. But unlike me, he practices judo and goes to the gym. every single fucking day. And yet he's slim. He's been practicing sports since I knew him, 5 years ago i think.
what does that mean?
that he's on an ethiopian diet

This is a horrible post. Next time you post maybe have something to say that's relevant to a topic and then maybe we'll care.
This reminds me of something we do at our paddling club. Rocky weights........
Except they are for an hour......
My heart rate was about 140-160 throughout the entire thing, and for the last 2 minutes... I actually hit just over 200 BPM

:ohdear:
I did something like this a few minutes ago.
10 minutes as many push-ups and sit-ups.
I got 130 pushups and 195 situps in 9 minutes en 30 seconds.
When I used to bike competitively I got my heart rate up to 200 fairly regularly. It's not very good for you, Wouldn't recommend
