Recordings are in semi-real time I think. They had a "questions we've tried:" for Red Tool in the description of a video, the "things we've had to censor". It sounds like they're talking about the game.

I'm so impressed by the amount of layers into this little Youtube channel. You have the people who claim to upload the videos. Then there is "Paul" who actually plays the game. And then you have the things that happen in the game, I'm just so fascinated by this.

Yeah its a unique experience. Granted I was enjoying it better when it was just a guy playing a weird PS1 game but I am still loving it.
I'm definitely gonna be keeping an eye on this. I just found this last night and watched all of them back-to-back. It's interesting, it doesn't feel like a creepypasta to me, it just seems... weird. I like it tho

Man I just can't wrap my head around this series anymore, with (supposedly) other players other than Paul playing through different versions of the game, all the different characters that were mentioned once like 10 videos ago, the timeline obfuscation, etc. Not to mention that it only updates like twice a year nowadays.
I still love watching it at face value though, just taking in the spook
