Yeah, the most I'll ever do is 5 over unless I'm on a completely empty dirt road. Even then I never really go over 30mph.

Today I lost my ticket at a parking garage after paying 1.50 for it.
I had to pay an extra 25.50 since I lost it, it was pretty shitty.

My brother had to do this in 2008 because he rear ended someone at 15 MPH. According to him it's really stupid. They treat you as if you've never driven before, ect.
20 over is nothing .. depending on the situation. early hours, say 2-4am, the roads are so empty you can pretty much go as fast as you like as long as no cars are in sight. midday is a different story
20 over is nothing. I approach the speed of light when I drive.
