I JUST WANTED TO SAY SOMETHING, Saddam allowed gay marriages and general homosexual behavior by law. Thanks to America, being gay and / or being in a gay marraige is now punishable by death! Hurrah America! Justice Crusaders!
What? Obama was born in Honolulu. Maybe you're thinking of McCain, who was born in the Panama Canal Zone.
This is probably the first election where neither major candidate was born in mainland U.S.

Edit:
So I heard Obama isn't a real American or something. Like he wasn't actually born there.
There's been a lot of controversy over his birth certificate.
Anyone have anything on the current Green Policy? They are quite interesting. I find it interesting that Obama like FFVs as does Mccain. Something they both agree on. What about nuclear energy both agree I do believe? Anyone have anything about it and the differences?
I'm not so filled in with this election stuff. Who should I vote for and why? What's the difference between Obama and McCain?
Killed off hundreds of thousands of terrorists. Disarmed a threat to the country. Brought democracy to a war-torn middle eastern country. Caught a tyrant and put them on trail. According to all the statistics I'm seeing, it's also safer now than it was before the war. Notice that it's not in the news much any more?
Iraq had no connection with 9/11.
Non-invasive Foreign policy? What? He's already made it clear that we're going to be invading Pakistan if he gets in.
No he didn't.
TrashMaster should be shot for saying abortion over life. If everything was run how you want it, you would have been aborted. And that is a solid fact: there are far more unwanted pregnancies throughout the world than wanted, probably around 1000:1. Lest we all forget, Ron Paul is the only one who supports true freedom, anti-communism (socialist like obama, clinton), true internet neutrality and anonymity, no taxes, no bullshit federal reserve or central bank at all like the forefathers fought hard against and lincoln was killed for removing ( research it you idiots ). Without Ron Paul or other true patriots, you end up with mccain, obama, clinton, and everyone else since woodrow wilson who is put in the presidency by the intl. bankers to promote massive spending and debt to further their power over the world. And, Ron Paul has no affiliations with secret societies whatsoever, be it college-level or CFR/Bilderberg. Obama attended Bilderberg 08 with clinton among notable attendees such as the head of the NSA and Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google ( gee, what could NSA/Google gain from each other considering all of google's software stores TBs and PBs of massive data about people ). Not like your vote counts anyway, they stacked the deck every election since 1913 with candidates who only support their agenda. Over a dozen top candidates on both major parties are all CFR which is definitely shown EVERY TIME they're on TV and say "my opponent is my colleague, my friend, but... " blah blah, they're all in on the same system and THEY ADMIT IT because they know you sheeple are too ignorant to ever realize it. The fact that anyone anywhere in the world still believes their vote matters is appalling and insulting to human intelligence, but of course even ol' GW is way smarter than you folk who think obama is great or mccain is great when fact is they've always voted along with bush to propagate secret agendas. It truly is sad that the world has come to this, but at least you folk will be included in the mass extermination of humans who believe anything and will believe it when they say the only way to stop global warming is to spend more money that you don't have on stuff you don't need and to stop having more than 1 kid to control the population despite actual scientists, not al gore, showing that the earth naturally heats and cools itself as necessary and has for thousands of years. In fact, even Discovery Channel just had a special called "Apocalypse How?" where scientists showed that within the next thousand or couple of thousands of years the Earth will enter a second ice age that could obliterate life as we know it simply due to the geometrical shape of its rotation around the sun. This is all documented, factual, historical record. Politicians exist for one reason, to make more money for the elite, get more control over the population, ensure that the people never have the right to control their own destiny. Face it, if the people of the world had a vote, a right to get done what they need and want to get done, there would be peace, there would be no banks, there would be no need for money at all because everyone would have higher standards of living simply due to everyone sharing all resources rather than governments controlling everything and charging export/import and taxes and duties and everything else. World-wide revolution is the only way to take back our freedom, except 99% of the world is born into a system of control and has forgotten over time how to get out.
There's been a lot of controversy over his birth certificate.
God damnit mephis
Huge wall of text. (User was banned for this post (Reason: Flaming) [event] 127593 [/event])
I'm for abortion. I find it very annoying that the government tries harder and harder to control the human population. But I wonder if we would be better off without any leaders. In the apocalyptic future the systems would work the same way as in STALKER or Fallout. Every man for himself.
John Mcain ads make me laugh to death like this http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=bpyOSLZw8qo
I don't know why I'm thinking this now, but you know what would be funny? If McCain lost, and there was a Republican protest- you know, everybody who voted for the old guy takes a day off of work. Or if all the Democrats did that after Obama lost. And either way the Bob Barr/Ron Paul folk had a mini revolution. It'd be funny to see what happened. Rhode Island gains independence, the border is suddenly flooded with immigrants, the economy takes one more huge nosedive, the price of gas drops, etc. Edit:
Just an example on how we would respond. I'm just wondering why americans don't do the same to her for saying that?
Because the people who make this country move are Republican, for the most part- the greedy men who run the factory and the fatasses who work in it.
I honestly cannot see how McCain will win this election.
I honestly cannot see how McCain will win this election.
Americans have a way of changing who they for at the second they are in that box. I really don't understand why.
I have a fealing it will be rigged toward mccain. :(
I'm 70% sure that McCain is going to win when reading all the stupid messages over the internet about uninformed people who prefers to choose a old man with no real solutions to real problems, that had health issues and also is partnering with a stupid as fuck hockey mom who has no fucking clue about the job of being a vice president over a qualified democrat being liked all over the world. Really, this election can end up pretty badly. It's very alarming to watch how the republicans are using dirty tricks to fool and feeding misinformation to the uninformed folks. The funny thing is that a lot of people in Europe thinks Obama is going to win for sure, but I'm not really seeing that. I think McCain is going to win based on the ignorance and bigotry of uneducated people. I really don't have my hopes very high. If Obama wins I'll be genuinely surprised to see America waking up, but alas, I don't really know. Prove me wrong, America.
The only reason that some people see that McCain has more supporters on the internet is because most of the "McCain supporters" aren't even old enough to vote.
If Obama loses, America doesn't deserve him.
If Obama loses, America doesn't deserve him.
Yeah, we should then make Europe one single country and vote him as president of the United States of Europe! Edit:
I have a fealing it will be rigged toward mccain. :(
Florida, if you screw this up again... :argh:
The only reason that some people see that McCain has more supporters on the internet is because most of the "McCain supporters" aren't even old enough to vote.
Actually, he doesn't have that much of supporters on the Internet, but yes, there are a bunch of rabid ones. The thing is that worldwide, people like Obama more. But the rest of the world is not USA, the Americans ultimately decides who's going to the white house and USA has a history of going toward Republicans. Now going back into criticism toward Obama: What surprise me the most is all the bitching I'm reading about raising the taxes to the rich folks (like 1,4% of the entire population) and reduce the taxes to the middle class. Why does that offends so many Americans? Why is it a bad thing? Do you really believe you're going to get hurt because they are going to tax the excessively rich population? Do you really think all the small business, who aren't necessarily rich people, are going to get taxed to death? Do you think you are going to have no money at all because of the taxes for the riches? Give me a break, that's just plain illogical bullcrap. Socialism does not equal communism. Get it straight people. Socialism actually works, look at some developed countries in Europe: UK, Germany, Sweden, etc. They are going strong and socialism didn't bring them misery. Quite the contrary.
I really don't see to many McCain supporters here in Michigan, probably because he hasn't really spent the time to come here and campaign. Everywhere there are signs that say Obama on them. Michigan is one of the most down states right now and we really need the support of the new president to help turn around and if McCain doesn't do that, Obama all the way.
Isn't the election less than a week away?
PEOPLE OF FACEPUNCH LIBERTARIANISM DOES NOT WORK It removes regulations that NEED to be put into place and enforced, i mean the whole fucking economic crisis is thanks to the goverment not regulating the banks properly. Also with Libertarianism, states would be able to what ever the fuck they want due to them having a very big leash to play with. SOCIALISM =/= COMMUNISM Socialism is a fucking amazing thing, it helps slowly give everyone more equality, which is what we need to push society further, we can no longer have the fucking inequality bullshit we have had in the past to continue on into the future. Also, communism it self is an amazing concept, too bad it won't work till capitalism has run it's course and it's applied world wide.
I've seen better trailers but it was pretty cool

If mcCain/Palin wins, I'm just going to give up all hope for a better world.
If mcCain/Palin wins, I'm just going to give up all hope for a better world.
If they win let's all move to NZ and label our religion as Jedi.
If they win, then we will know the American political system is fucked beyond repair (which it is pretty much like that now, but it could get worse... See another great depression coming soon) It surprise me that some middle class Americans morons defends the rich from the "scary socialist" taxes proposed by Obama when the rich folks were grabbing more money than ever this last disastrous 8 years. It's like the average Joe still has the illusion that they can get the "American dream", even if with John McCain's administration they'll only make the gap between the rich and the poor bigger. It's completely moronic.
This is probably the first election where neither major candidate was born in mainland U.S.
http://news.aol.com/political-machine/2008/05/01/clinton-obama-sponsor-mccain-citizenship-bill/ I find it so ironic that these republicans call Obama's citizenship into question when Obama and Clinton helped him out to run in the election.

You don't get rewarded for actually working hard so why do it? Socialism creates lazy societies where no one really cares about working, afterall they just get it for free anyway so why bother? It's not moronic, you look at the small scale while I'm looking at the big picture. Taxing those greedy rich more may sound like a great idea but you have to see the other effects it causes. The rich run the companies and won't want to invest if they have less money, they also won't want to hire more hurting the poor in the end. Most rich people worked hard to get their money. Everyone here is all: "It's so obvious vote for Obama I can't believe how dumb people are!" Look at the other sides reasons for why they don't want Obama.
