Gay marriage isn't a constitutional right.
So because it's not constitutional, it's okay to deny a freedom?
Christian values can mean anything, from not stealing to not murdering, if you don't agree with that... I guess you don't agree with basic law?
Forcing children of all religions to learn a Christian theory is not right.
And over turning women's rights? Are you kidding me?
Pro-life is anti-woman.
He also told McCain how wrong he was quite a lot too.
Like what?
"No McCain, I didn't vote to do that. You're so silly, lawl!:rolleye:"
Oh man you're wrong. Clearly you don't know that McCain was a POW for like 12 years.
The whole time, I saw McCain on a white stallion all flexed up and oiled up. There was a waterfall and a rainbow right behind him. And his beautiful white hair was flowing past his shoulders.
Your fantasies about McCain are far from the truth.

If you watched the debate, you wouldn't post this nonsense.

But it should be a basic HUMAN right. The fact is, McCain it stuck in the 20th century mindset, when we have in fact progressed to the point where people are becoming *gasp* more tolerant of other people! And this is just a step backwards and will take forever to be reversed if the law is passed.
And I think he means more along the lines of the republicans wanting actual christian beliefs taught in schools.
He also told McCain how wrong he was quite a lot too.
Indeed, I just enjoy playing the devil's advocate. :v:
So because it's not constitutional, it's okay to deny a freedom?

No one is denying anyone, anything.
No one is forcing children religion, in fact, it's quite the opposite in schools. The administrations are scared shitless of being sued. Not to mention, our nation is predominantly Christian.

Pro-life is anti-woman.
Pro-choice is also anti-basic rights. A fetus is a human too. What right does anyone have of denying life of a fetus?

Yeah, that's the mind set that's quite level with my thoughts.

If it's not a constitutional right, tough. At least if you're trying to compare it in importance to ACTUAL constitutional rights.
Nobody will be forcing any children to learn anything, except for evolution. The ACLU will sue their asses so far into the ground they won't even be able to afford to eat dirt.
Pro-Life is not anti-woman. For fucks sake, there's plenty of women against murdering unborn children.
Gay Marriage should be allowed
Anything to do with religion should be kept out of school
Pro-choice is a woman's right
Every American can own a gun
I'm right.
You're wrong.
Suck it.
I bet they said that about smoking in public buildings in my town
that's a completely different issue not even remotely related to video games
No one is denying anyone, anything.
Yes, the whole gay rights controversy is just too silly to pay attention to.

Beautiful thought, what if we just teach Evolution in class, which is not a biased religious teaching.
What right does anyone have to deny the woman's right to do whatever she wants with her own body?

I can allow civil union ship, not gay marriage.
Life is a right for anyone, including an unborn child (fetus).
I believe in the 2nd Amendment.
I'm also to the right. :v:
Pro-Life is not anti-woman. For fucks sake, there's plenty of women against murdering unborn children.
So by your logic, because some are opposed, the rest shouldn't have a choice?
I just don't think this is a place the government should intervene. It's a decision the individual should make for theirself.

It's an important social issue.
Right, that's why both McCain and Palin completely support it?
Yes it is, it's the government having a say with a completely personal issue, I thought you were for small government?
What right does anyone have to deny the woman's right to do whatever she wants with her own body?
It's actually foreign matter. Like a leech inside of her.
Doesn't the host's immune system attack it?

Why can't you just allow that next leap? Seriously? Are you that cruel?
Life is a right for anyone, correct, but what to you justifies "life"? Be careful, this is a trick question.
I can't argue with the second Amendment.
It'll be two when the actual election is, so two, and being a mayor is a lot better than being a senator, because you actually have to plan things instead of sitting around on your ass vetoing bills
Do you have any idea what a veto is, and which person in D.C. can veto?
I can allow civil union ship, not gay marriage.

We deny the right of many people, but yet, a mass of cells gets a right because it's a homo-sapian.

There's nothing to believe in, seeing as it's in the constitution.

I'm a traditionalist. I'm sorry. I've made that decision that God (*gasp*) instituted marriage. What right do we have changing it?

What right do we have to deny people a basic right purely on the idea that a magic man in the sky told us not to do it?

Photoshopped!
That other photo of McCain was real.
:patriot:
What right do we have to deny people a basic right purely on the idea that a magic man in the sky told us not to do it?
Hahahaha, and that's where this conversation stops.
It'll go no where. That's your opinion and you have a right to it.
Pro-Life is not anti-woman. For fucks sake, there's plenty of women against murdering unborn children.
Good, I hate children.
I've never heard of Barr.
I like some of McCain's views, but jesus christ Palin.
Plus, we need a charismatic president right now to tighten up relations in the east, and mccain isn't the best for that.
I'm a traditionalist. I'm sorry. I've made that decision that God (*gasp*) instituted marriage. What right do we have changing it?
God doesn't exist. We have a right because religious law is obsolete and cruel.
Next you will be talking about stoning disobedient children and kicking them out of town.
I personally want to see if I can write in a Mudkip/Seaking ticket.
Palin is jesus christ?

Maybe because marriage is instituted by the state. Sure you can get one in a church, but you still tell the gov't you're married. If marriage is a government thing then some people's orientation should play no part in whether or not they are allowed to be married. Religious beliefs shouldn't meddle with state affairs unless they have a better reason than "my book says we can't let them."
