LOST is my first suggestion. If you can't get into it then I say Chuck. If you don't like that, then I would say Breaking Bad.
Dexter's Laboratory.
Agree.
Band of Brothers was quite good, but it's more of a drama serial than a TV show, and has like 10 episodes.
But there are two seasons but not with the same characters, just set at different points in the war. Anyway i highly recommend them. 10 episodes per season FYI.
Isn't lost the one that begins to make no sense close to the conclusion of the series, and then delivers a disappointing ending?
You are pretty thick... thus you deserve no suggestion.. The Sopranos DAMN!!! :argh:
Dexter's Laboratory.
:rimshot:
Supernatural .
Prison break was really good until the end of season 2. I mean what the hell, seriously. And then ending of the whole series was shit. [sp]ALL TO OPEN A FUCKING DOOR[/sp] Breaking bad is good but the third season is a little weak. I'd say lost, but it's a long ride. I'm watching entourage at the moment which is pretty good.
Definitely not this. Only remotely redeeming feature I found was it had Jayne from firefly and Miranda from ME2 in it.
Okay. I disagree, mainly because I find they all have something to offer.
Breaking Bad... Only 3 seasons out...!
I hadn't heard of Breaking Bad before I read this thread, but after watching the entire First Season today... I'd have to say that you should start watching it without a second's hesitation. I can't really fault it. The cinematography is brilliant, the acting is on par with some of the best films I've ever seen, the characters are original, deep and developed, and the scenes never seem to drag, despite the fact that half of them are about a guy fighting cancer. All comic relief is well done and believable, the soundtrack is great... just watch it.
Adventure Time
True Blood is amazing, that's why and so is Fringe.
haha
I'd put the first three Breaking Bad, Band of Brothers, Lost, and why the hell is true blood there man what the hell
Because True Blood is actually quite good despite how it might look to you in trailers. Trust me...it's not Twilight. Plus, it's directed by Alan Ball (Six Feet Under, American Beauty). Watch it with an open mind.
If you can get past the fact that it's anime, then I would say Death Note is quite good. It's similar to Dexter in a way.
how about Rome, that show was amazing. Band of brothers, an awesome ww2 series The Pacific, also a good war series .
People saying Supernatural is as good as Dexter are insane. The acting is absolutely dreadful in comparison to anything else on today. Unfortunately Dexter has pretty much ruined me for Television, as it and House are the only two shows I watch anymore.
Fuck Lost. I'd say Breaking Bad.
Breaking Bad & Mad Men. Pure epic.
I'm watching through Dexter at the moment, on season 4 and dreading the thought of it ending. Luckily season 5 should be out soonish.
Breaking Bad & Mad Men. Pure epic.
Strangely the two best shows on american TV both air on AMC. Coincidence? I THINK NOT.
But there are two seasons but not with the same characters, just set at different points in the war. Anyway i highly recommend them. 10 episodes per season FYI.
what? you meant bob and the pacific?

Justified. Thank me later.
Nothing compares to Dexter. Nothing.
